This is a wonderful book for someone to read who is bipolar, or for someone who wants to learn more about what life is actually like for someone with bipolar.

On the Edge of Darkness: Conversations about Donquering Depression

Author: Kathy Cronkite

This book is written by Walter Cronkite’s daughter.  In it, she interviews famous peoples who have struggled with depression.  In addition to chronicaling famous peoples experiences of depression, she goes on to include common treatments for how to manage depression.  This book is inspirational.  Mental illness does prevent a person from achieving success.
