Rebekah received her undergraduate degree from Temple University in world religions where she studied and grew in appreciation of many religious traditions and the important role of spirituality in our growth towards wholeness. Rebekah is also a doula and has experience working with families and children, new mothers, postpartum depression, and grief surrounding pregnancy loss or infertility. Lastly, she has an interest in working with individuals and couples struggling with chronic illness or disability.
Rebekah is working towards her certification in dance movement therapy and believes that the body gives us invaluable information that can be used as a part of the therapeutic process. She is interested in helping clients identify wounds, traumas, and fears that may be impacting the body’s ability to feel fully integrated and alive, whether in the context of a relationship or on an individual level. Her hope is to encourage and challenge her clients towards a deeper integration of body, mind and spirit.
