Postpartum Depression for Dads and for Caregivers

Watching a loved one experience Postpartum Depression can be challenging. Not only is it hard to figure out what to do to best support her, but on a personal level you may be feeling scared, overwhelmed, angry, or confused. Our goal at the Center for Growth in Philadelphia is to help you develop the tools needed to best support mom and to support you as you spend your energy supporting her. For having worked with hundreds of families, we’ve identified key strategies, be it how to handle unhelpful friends after the arrival of baby, locating a support group, hiring a doula, key strategies for new mothers, to recognizingpostpartum psychosis.
