Loved One Of An Addict Support Group

Adult support group for the loved ones of those suffering through addiction disorders. The impact of their addiction can be felt by those close to them and can create added stress and mental anguish at times. This group will offer support and education for your own self-care and mental health by integrating elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness. This weekly group will meet on Wednesdays 6pm-7pm.
